Screens can be deceiving, and we want you to feel confident in your choice before you order. Send us a photo of your hair and Dani will personally help you find the closest match from our shades, or honestly let you know if our range isn't quite right for you.
Colour matching is completely free, and a little help before ordering can save you the hassle of an exchange.
How to take your photos
For the most accurate match, here's what we'd recommend:
- Natural light: indoors near a window, away from direct sunlight.
- No filters or flash: keep your photos as true to your natural colour as possible.
- Show your mid-lengths and ends: this is where we want to see your colour, rather than just your roots.
- Clean, dry hair: brush your hair out and wear it down so we can see the colours throughout.
- Two photos are best: one taken in natural shade and another near a window.
The better we can see your natural colour, the better we can guide you towards the right shade.
Send your photos
We use your photos only to match your shade, and delete them once we've replied. We never publish them.
