Trade questions

Who can open a trade account?

Salons and qualified stylists. You do not need an ABN. Plenty of stylists rent a chair or work freelance, and they are welcome.

Dani personally reviews every application within 24 hours. Telling us where you work and sharing your Instagram is the quickest way through.

Is there a minimum order?

No. No minimum order, no opening buy-in, no monthly spend, and no tiers to work up through. Trade pricing applies from your first pack.

When do I see trade pricing?

Once your account is approved and you're signed in. Trade pricing is never shown on the public site.

Do you set the price I charge my clients?

No. We provide a recommended retail price as a guide only. What you charge is entirely your decision, and it has no bearing on your account or your pricing with us.

Can I order shades you don't stock?

Yes. Every shade comes in wefts, and all but two weft-only shades come in every format. If a shade is not in stock it ships 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. For anything outside the range, ask for a custom quote.

What comes with the account?

Trade pricing and a listing in our stylist directory.

How does the stylist directory work?

Opt in when you apply and your salon is listed by postcode. Clients who buy hair and need someone to fit it are sent to you. It costs nothing.
