Before wetting your hair, gently brush through your extensions to make sure they are completely tangle-free.

Shampoo your hair twice, taking the time to thoroughly cleanse your scalp and around all weft connections. Product, oil and dry shampoo build-up around the scalp can contribute to irritation and itchiness, so keeping this area clean is important.

Avoid vigorously scrubbing or bunching the lengths of your extensions together while shampooing. Allow the shampoo to gently run through the lengths as you rinse.

After shampooing, gently squeeze excess water from your hair using a towel.

Avoid vigorous towel drying or rubbing the hair together, as this can disturb the cuticle and encourage tangling.

Heat protection is essential every single time you use heat.

This is important for both your extensions and your natural hair. Excessive heat can cause dryness, colour fading and may shorten the lifespan of your extensions.

For best results:

• Keep heated styling tools at 185°C or below
• Always use heat protection
• Aim to limit heat styling to approximately 1–2 times per week
• Take advantage of your extensions’ ability to hold a style for longer between shampoos

Before bed, gently brush your hair and secure it in a loose plait or low ponytail.

For maximum protection, we also recommend sleeping on a silk or satin pillowcase or wearing a silk bonnet.

Hot tip: Apply 1–2 pumps of Kérastase Nutritive 8H Magic Night Serum through your mid-lengths and ends before bed for extra overnight hydration.

We do not recommend colouring, toning or lightening Tuscany Hair Extensions.

Our hair has already been professionally processed to achieve each shade within the Tuscany collection. Further chemical processing may produce unpredictable results and can affect the condition, colour and longevity of the hair.

Hair that has been coloured, toned, lightened or chemically altered is not eligible for a colour exchange.

If you’re unsure which shade to select, we recommend using our complimentary colour matching service before ordering.

Alternatively, sealed and unopened packs may be exchanged for another shade within 30 days, subject to our exchange policy.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns or colour exchanges once the security seal has been broken.
